SECTION 01 / HOW IT WORKS
KairOS is the only system that follows the patient from the 911 call to the trauma bay.
Every EMS agency already owns dispatch software. Every EMS agency already owns an ePCR. What they don't own is the layer that connects them to each other and to the hospital. That's the twelve minutes between the call and the cure, and it's where patients wait for care that hasn't been prepared yet. KairOS is built for that layer, and only that layer. We don't replace the CAD. We don't replace the chart. We connect them, and we route the patient in between.
The right unit in under two seconds. Ranked by real time-to-scene, not straight-line distance.
Turn transport time into preparation time. The hospital receives live ETA, condition, and key vitals before the doors open.
Highland Hospital notified. ETA 12 minutes.
Stroke team activation requested.
Notification received. Room assignment pending.
Live traffic update. Arrival now in 11 minutes.
Latest vitals delivered immediately.
Room assigned. Offload lane 3 confirmed.
Every ambulance becomes a real-time sensor. Track APOT, queue depth, and unit-hours lost.
No app switching. Routing, notification, and offload events stay with the patient from call to clearance.
Every handoff improves the next. Current offload delays feed directly into the next hospital-selection score.
Every step, timestamped. Every handoff, recorded.
SECTION 02 / AUTO-DOCUMENTATION
Live pre-arrival handoff

Medics get their shift back.
The average EMT spends 90 minutes per shift on documentation. KairOS turns that into 20.
- 01
Already in the record.
KairOS pre-fills the timestamps, GPS, CAD, crew, route, destination, and handoff data your system already knows.
- 02
One button, one sentence.
The medic taps once, describes the call in 30 seconds, and keeps hands on the patient. Whisper transcribes on-device so nothing leaves the tablet.
- 03
Reviewed, not rewritten.
The medic checks the assembled chart, makes any edits, and confirms the record.
- 04
Nothing gets typed twice.
KairOS owns the structured record. Partner tools handle the clinical narrative.

SECTION 03 / MISSION
The critical moment has a name.
What KairOS stands for
Kairos is Greek for the right, critical moment. The OS is an operating system for emergency medical care in transit. KairOS connects dispatch, ambulance crews, and hospitals around one live patient record, so the right care is ready before arrival.
SECTION 04 / PRIVACY AND TRUST
Patient data belongs to the patient.
KairOS is designed to meet HIPAA requirements from the first line of code. Every data point in the system is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role based and logged. Records live in your agency's tenant, not in a shared pool.
We do not train models on patient data. We do not sell data. We do not use protected health information for any purpose other than the care of the patient it belongs to.

Connect the systems you already own.
We'll map your dispatch, unit workflow, ePCR, and hospital handoff—then show your team what connected care looks like in the twelve minutes that matter.
